Jacquemus and Nike Unveil an "Earth"-Covered J Force 1
By:
,
Parisian label Jacquemus has established a close working relationship with American sportswear giant Nike after the two connected for the first time in 2022. Since releasing a trio of Air Humara colorways, the two introduced their collaborative Air Force 1-inspired J Force 1 with its own trio of looks. As 2023 came to a close, it was rumored that the duo would move on to the Air Max 1 ‘86. While we await a first look at that pair, a fourth Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 has appeared — taking on an “Earth/Metallic Gold” finish. Arriving in a material composition that ostensibly matches the Jacquemus-exclusive orange pair, a mesh base has been combined with suede overlays, with both arriving in this dark brown “Earth” color. Golden hardware hits the mini Swooshes at the upper’s midfoot and the “JF1” dubrae while a tonal, debossed logo lock-up of the two brands appears at the heel tab. As for the woven sole, its weave takes on a golden brown while a bright yellow midsole rests atop a white outsole to complete the look. At the time of writing, neither Jacquemus nor Nike have confirmed any release info surrounding this “Earth”-colored pair of the J Force 1. Stay tuned for updates as it’s likely to land on shelves in the coming months via Jacquemus, Nike SNKRS and select retailers at an expected price of $175 USD.
