Stephen Amell, known for his role in the hit TV show "Arrow," is gearing up to star in an exciting spin-off set by NBC. The network recently announced that they are working on a spin-off of the popular legal drama "Suits," titled "Suits: LA," with production scheduled to begin in March.

Amell has been chosen to portray the character Ted Black, described as a charismatic and self-centered individual who prioritizes his own needs over others. The new drama, created by the original "Suits" creator Aaron Korsch, will follow Ted Black, a former New York prosecutor, as he builds a new law firm in Los Angeles specializing in criminal and entertainment law.

Production is set to take place in Vancouver, and the series will introduce a new group of characters led by Amell's character. It is yet to be confirmed if any of the original cast members, such as Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht, Rick Hoffman, Meghan Markle, Gina Torres, and Sarah Rafferty, will make appearances in the spin-off.

According to the official series logline, Ted Black's firm is facing a crisis and for him to survive, he must embrace a role that he has always despised throughout his career. The show will delve into the personal and professional lives of Ted and his colleagues, as they navigate loyalty and the consequences of their choices. Meanwhile, secrets from Ted's past will slowly unravel, shedding light on why he left everything and everyone he loved behind. Fans of Stephen Amell and the "Suits" series can look forward to more updates about "Suits: LA" in the near future.
